DR. SAMUEL FAYEMIWO AND DR. BERNARD ONOJA TO REPRESENT UI ON THE SANDIA NATIONAL LABORATORIES (SNL) USA’S NATIONAL STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATIVE FORUM

The Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) USA will be hosting a National Stakeholder Consultative Forum in Abuja, Nigeria on December 13 – 14, 2021 in collaboration with the US’ Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA-BTRP). The national program will adopt a One Health approach to identify and discuss the roadmap to track and monitor the use of dangerous pathogens within the biomedical sector. Dr. Samuel Fayemiwo, the Acting Director of the Infectious Disease Institute, and Dr. Bernard Onoja of the Department of Virology, College of Medicine were recognised and nominated to represent the University of Ibadan.
