2019 CONVOCATION AND 71ST FOUNDATION DAY CEREMONIES: ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE CEREMONIALS COMMITTEE

COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEO OPERATORS AND TRADE PERMIT FOR CANOPIES’ RENTALS’ OUTFITS AND OTHERS

Commercial photographers or unauthorised movement inside the Main Hall of the International Conference Centre will not be allowed.

Accredited Commercial Photographers/Video Operators/Canopies’ Rentals’ outfits and others will be charged as follows:

· UI Registered Commercial Photographers - N2,000.00/person with 1 helper

· Other Photographers - N2,500.00/day

· Fan Milk Vendors - N1000.00 for the period

· Other Vendors - N2,000.00 for the period

· Canopies - N1,500.00 per stand

· Parking of cars without UI Stickers in venue - N1,500.00 per car

Default of any of the above attracts a fine of N5,000.00 only

Payment should be made to the IGR’s Unit, Bursary Department, University of Ibadan

Commercial Photographers/Video Operators should take their receipts to the Directorate of Public Communication for accreditation.

All accredited Photographers/ Video Operators must collect accreditation card on or before Friday, 8 November, 2019.

Commercial Photographers taking pictures outside must stop by 8.am to allow the graduands to take their seats in the Hall.

Finally, Commercial Photographers/Video Operators WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE.
