1. ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION PRINT OUT
2. SCHOOL FEES RECEIPT
3. ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF TEXT BOOK(S) FROM UI BOOKSHOP
4. A PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH – TO BE FIXED ON THE COURSE REGISTRATION PRINT OUT
Make two (2) photocopies of items 1 – 3 above, staple and bring to Centre for General Studies for verification, signing and stamping.
You are to submit the Original copy to your Department, one (1) copy to CGS office and keep a copy which will admits you into the examination halls.
